New Backsquat PR and Box Jump! 10/20

Today I hit 225 on back squat with good form and 245 not below parrellel.

I also Jumped up on a 40 inch box!!!

Deadlift PR 10/18 Double Body Weight

Today I hit double Body Weight on my 1RM deadlift!! I picked up 315 pounds which is about 10 pounds over 2x!!

Fran PR 10/16

I Did Fran today RX'd at CrossFit USD for my Level-1 Cert in 6 minutes and 20 seconds.

My First Fran!

Today I did my First Fran! October 13th!

I Did Fran Prescribed so 21-15-9
95# Thrusters and pull-ups
I finished Fran in a grueling 8:27! 

Today I felt off. I know I performed okay as my time indicated however I just do not feel satisfied with my performance today. O well, we will see how I do next time I face this Beast!
